Occupational Therapy Services
We provide Occupational Therapy assessment and advice on the following:
- Aged Care
- Falls prevention
- Equipment prescription
- Home modifications (including bathrooms and grabrails)
- Mobility equipment
- Dealing with Dementia
- Hospital discharge
- Links to Community Support Services
- Provision of emergency response systems
Clients may be eligible for medicare or private health fund rebates. We are registered to provide services for the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) and NDIS. We liaise with family members, doctors and community organisations as required. Comprehensive reports are provided to treating professionals and carers as required.
